During the order process, the E-shop processes the personal data of customers, which includes: name, surname, email address, password. For the purpose of delivering goods to the address indicated, personal data is processed, including: name, surname, telephone number, address (city, county, apartment number, postcode, country, email address. For the purpose of filling in a form to make a request, personal data processed includes: e-mail address and the message indicated. Excess information provided in the form for enquiries regarding the E-shop is not stored and may be permanently deleted.

The E-shop automatically collects personal data for each visitor, which includes: IP address, date and time of connection, universal URL of the connecting website, data of the operating system of the device, information of the Internet service provider, data of the visitor’s geographic location and other relevant technical information. Personal data may be processed in connection with the conclusion of a purchase or other contract, in order to respond to an information request, in order to comply with legal obligations (accounting, etc.), or in order to provide consent.

The data is retained until the process set out in this Privacy Policy has been completed in full and the purpose has been achieved, depending on the services ordered and the contracts entered into, unless otherwise specified in the applicable legislation. Once an account has been created, the information contained therein will be stored inactive for 2 years after the account has been deleted. The data collected when filling in a form to make a request shall be stored for 5 years after the request is made. For purposes related to direct marketing, with the Customer’s consent and the provision of his/her email address, the E-shop may use or process the Customer’s personal data for 3 years. The E-shop shall ensure that the personal data is kept up to date and correct and is not used without purpose.

The personal data provided and processed by the Customer is only accessible to a limited number of employees and shareholders of the company, IT specialists and companies providing audit and legal services. If necessary, the Client’s data may be transferred to courts, state and municipal authorities, etc.
