The Buyer shall be given the opportunity to replace the goods delivered to him with similar goods of a different size or shape, or to return goods that he does not like.

The Buyer may exercise this right within 10 working days of payment for the goods. In this case, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer and the buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge. Refunds shall be made within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

In the case of return or exchange of goods, the goods must be accompanied by a free-form application form stating the reason for the return or the conditions for the exchange and the number of the account to which the refund is to be made.

The refund procedure for tickets is identical to the refund procedure for goods.
